Summer weather brought spectacular storm clouds, generally from west to east.Residents at the Balmoral apartment building on Range Rd. protected a mud turtle nest by this entry pillar in June, until the eggs hatched in September. This is the third year the turtle chose this site, apparently unconcerned by the construction going on around it.
