Wilbrod woes may soon be gone

These two derelict houses at 197-201 Wilbrod St, have sat empty since 2005. Empire Holdings has purchased them from the Lauzon group of companies and proposes to replace them with the low-rise, 22 unit apartment building (with no parking) pictured below. The design has been submitted for planning approval from City staff.
