Qué Luong has been the Proprietor of Brooklyn Hair on Mann near Blackburn for the past four years; prior to that, she was a stylist at Shannel Hair Design for eight years. Qué’s expertise in hairstyling and her welcoming personality have drawn many residents of Sandy Hill and elsewhere to her salon.
