May 24 — National Gallery’s new CEO Dr. Alexandra (Sasha) Suda (left) and Senior Exhibitions Manager Serge Belet (right) are seen above at the opening of this summer’s blockbuster show. Dr. Suda, who lives in Sandy Hill on Range Rd., began her career in the medieval department at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and has since become an internationally recognized curator, most recently at the Art Gallery of Ontario.
